Where is YAFI located?

We are located in Southern California near wine country Temecula.

Is YAFI a publically traded company?

No, we are a privately owned cosmetic and beauty family company.

Do you currently have a physical storefront?

We are currently an e-commerce based company with no physical storefront or plans for one in the near future.

Can I find your products in any major retailers?

Currently our products are 100% sold online and not available in-stores with any major retailers. We do have plans to offer our products in-store but do not have a definitive timeline as of now.

Do you sell on Amazon?

We have plans to offer a select number of products on the Amazon marketplace in the near future. Please check out the individual product pages for more additional information on which ones are available on the Amazon marketplace.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we offer shipping to anywhere in the United States and Canda only. We have plans to offer shipping to international markets and will update our shipping policies when we do.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 or more and at times on select promotional offers.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time we do not offer any local pickup options. Please check our shipping policies as we update our policies regularly.

What shipping carriers are available?

At this time we currently utilize UPS and USPS for delivery of our products. Please check shipping information on our checkout page for the most up-to-date carrier information for your order.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order happens to be damaged due to carrier neglect, please contact us so we may further assist you.

Returns

Do you offer returns on any of your products?

Please check out our refund policies for the most up-to-date information on product returns. We do not offer returns on any cosmetic items, but we may offer a refund for non-cosmetic items in the original packaging that has not been used.

What items qualify for returns?

Only non-cosmetic items which has the original packaging and that has not been used may be eligible for return.

Ingredients

What type of ingredients do you use for your skincare products?

All of our ingredients are high-quality, paraben free, organic and cruelty free. Many of our skincare products are also vegan and gluten-free. Please see the ingredients on our product pages for more information on ingredients.

What does paraben free mean?

A paraben free product is one that does not contain harmful chemicals in the product formula that may harm the skin. According to scientific research, parabens are known to make the skin go dry, cause rashes, may increase the risk of cancer and harm reproductive health.

What does cruelty free and vegan mean?

A cruelty free product is one that is developed using methods that do not involve experimentation on animals. A vegan product is quite similar in that no animal derivatives are involved in the manufacturing process.

What is a clean beauty product?

Clean beauty products is a term used to describe products that are free from harmful chemicals. These include ingredients such as parabens, phthalates, sulfates and other synthetic fragances.

What does gluten-free mean?

A gluten-free product means any product that does not have any gluten or gluten byproducts, in them. Gluten is a protein foun in wheat, barley, rye and other grains.

Do you welcome freelance models to model for your products?

At this time we are not currently seeking new models for our products. Please check back here in the future as we regularly update our policies.

Is the company open to influencer or paid collaborations?
